Meet Amanda Hoffman, Fitness & Nutrition Coach
Amanda Hoffman founded Live Better Coaching LLC in Winter 2021 as a burnt out teacher with a passion for movement, nutrition, and all things wellness.
Her goal is to help busy humans train efficiently and eat nutritiously.
Move well: Amanda will help you learn how to become a better mover within the gym so that you can do the things you love outside of the gym for longer. She helps you learn how to exercise, explains the why behind what we do together, and help you develop a deeper understanding for movement & how it can improve your daily life.
Eat well: Amanda will help you develop realistic & sustainable habits and behaviors when it comes to eating and nutrition. She will help you develop a healthier relationship with your food so that you can find food freedom & confidence in your body and nutritional habits.

Education and Services
Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio State University. She is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. She specializes in kettlebell training and holds her nutrition certification through Precision Nutrition.
Additional certifications include Hardstyle Kettlebell Coaching, Kettlebell Coach University (KBCU Level 1 and Level 2), Program Design and Periodization, ACE Small Group Training, HIIT, TRX Suspension Training, Precision Nutrition Level 1, AdaptX (in progress), and is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
Amanda has been working in the fitness industry since 2015 when she got her first certification at Ohio State University. Since then, she has trained at universities, local gyms, boutique fitness studios, and within clients’ homes.
In 2021, Amanda began her own small business and has only grown from there!
She is currently living in Pittsburgh and training in person out of a local gym. She is accepting new clients within the Pittsburgh area, as well as accepting online clients for both fitness & nutrition coaching.
