During coaching you will learn both the WHAT and the WHY behind the foods you choose to eat and the mindsets you build so that you can develop healthy habits for life.

    I started this as a with no interest in weight loss and was really worried that the experience was going to be just more toxic diet culture. It was so far from that. Amanda was incredible at understanding what I wanted and needed out of the program which was to feel better (stronger, more energized, mental clarity) and to build long standing healthier habits. We accomplished that and so much more, without trying to really, my clothes are all super baggy now! I almost immediately started feeling better and Amanda helped me gradually make these changes. She was so supportive and informative. She really took the time to explain the “why” in everything we were doing. Towards the end, my life kind of blew up and things got really hard but with all those hardwired habits Amanda helped me build, I was able to stay primarily on track because I knew I’d feel good and more prepared for the things in my life, therefore, I continued to make progress!
