Kettlebell Starter Pack
KB Starter Pack is a 4-week kettlebell program where you will work to build a foundation of strength and skill. Learn the "big six" KB movements, the squat, clean, press, swing, snatch, and Turkish get up.
All workouts + exercises include coaching videos and instructions so that you know exactly what to do when you show up to workout, and trust that you are doing exactly what you need to do to get stronger + leaner. KB Starter Pack teaches you how to train better in less time.
The Kettlebell Starter Pack program is the entry level program before joining Club Kettlebell and will help you to build skills & confidence for joining the live, train-along membership.
8-week Hypertrophy Program
Hypertrophy training aims to build muscle tone and mass. This 8-week program includes two lower body days and two upper body days. Workouts will include mobility exercises, athletic drills, main lifts, and accessory lifts.
This is for the person who is ready and not afraid to build more muscle. This program will progress you over 8 weeks in volume and in load, while including some basic athletics skills & drills.
In 8 weeks you will build muscle, feel stronger and leaner, AND feel more confident physically and mentally.
Access to a gym is recommended, as there is a variety of equipment and machines, but you can do this with minimal equipment and modifications.
